In writing, in your host agreement

    Listing is free. You pay only when you get a booking.

  • Paid within 24 hours

    Free payouts to M-Pesa or your bank, sent within 24 hours of guest check-in.

  • Nothing on cancellations

    No commission on a cancelled booking unless you get paid for it.

  • Clear statements

    Every payout shows the booking, our fee and what you receive.

  • Levy handled

    We collect and pay the 2% tourism levy on your bookings.

  • Your rate is locked

    Your fee can't go up during your first 12 months.
